1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your ad99 account. Keep your password and login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Changing account details — particularly your email address — requires completing the appropriate verification process.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ad99 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to its own terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).
• For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳18,000 in bets before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed using bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirement.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another person's account.
• ad99 reserves the right to exclude certain games or bet types from counting towards wagering requirements.
• If there is evidence of fraudulently claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The ad99 platform offers a variety of games including slot games, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules and you should read the relevant rules before starting a game.

• The outcome of every bet is determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game, the relevant bet may be declared void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If the connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined based on the data saved on the server.
• ad99 is not obligated to pay out any bonus or winnings that were announced due to a technical error.

6.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sporting events. The decision to accept or decline a bet is entirely at ad99's discretion. Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20, and other international tournaments.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad99 platform. If identified, they may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Playing games through software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.

• Collusion or coordinated cheating with other members.
